We are no meant to be perfect, we are meant to be whole," Jane Fonda. The healing journey is your personal path of transformation. Healing is about the process of becoming whole. Its about transformation-retrieving all those pieces of ourselves we may have left behind and releasing all those beliefs and patterns and ways of doing that no longer serve us. It is like a vision quest(Aboriginal Spirituality):the dying off or releasing of the old in favor and for the reclaiming the new, more potent and complete Self. Rebirthing. Carl Jung explained it this way (from my English prof). : You were born an acorn and destined to be an oak tree. If you become stuck or stop growing, something will happen - you will have a breakdown (breakthrough), a relationship will end, you will become sick, loss your job--something will happen to get you unstuck and continue growing and becoming your potential because the Universe is invested you becoming that Oak Tree. You were born an acorn. You are destined to become an Oak tree. Similarly, you are undergoing process of transformation- from identity from victim to change master or hero within- about reclaiming the creative element. within. Similarly, what does a heroine do to walk this treacherous passage between old and new? When the road forks into two, what road does she choose There are essentially two motivating principles or forces that govern the course and quality of our lives-- two underlying stories (master narratives): Fear ( judgement, blame/ shame, guilt and rejection, etc- it has a destructive quality) and the other is Love (acceptance, none judgement, forgiveness, compassion, kindness-creative property). ( similar Cherokee teaching of the Two Wolves.) she at once understands in order to create the new and become healthy and whole, she must accept herself completely without judgement or blame or guilt ( anger at herself,). Forgive herself everyday and every moment. She must be kind to herself in every moment. Its about changing the relationship of the self to the Self ;About the story you tell yourself about yourself and your experience. Only now, to create and become whole, hers, too must, be guided and bridged by Love: Late feminist poet Audre Lorde once noted, " the Master's tools will never dismantle the Master's House" and if the Master's House is on the healing journey or Rebirthing- the tools of fear and destruction can not create, rebuild or heal you whole. The voice of the universe says, " Choose again my sweet Child and beloved. Choose Love instead." Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04651649265828781494noreply@blogger.com
