Guest Blogging Guidelines

We welcome guest posts related to our main themes: mental and physical health, chronic illness, mutually supportive friendships, and long-distance friendships. Other topics may be considered, please ask in advance or check guest posts we’ve published previously for ideas.

E-mail your post to Martin Baker (address above) as a Word document. Include a suggested title, a brief author bio, and your social media links. Attach any graphics including author photo (optional) as separate files (jpg, gif, png).

  • Suggested word count: 800 to 2,000.
  • We reserve the right to change the title to enhance Search Engine Optimisation.
  • All posts must be written by a human author. If AI (artificial intelligence) has been used in any way this must be declared. Fully AI-generated content is not accepted.
